According to Czech legal code No. 119/2002 Sb. about firearms and munitions § 15 air soft, air gun and munitions belongs to "D" group of firearms. These guns may buy, hold or carry physical entity older 18 years and competent to legal act. If you do not satisfy this rule you cannot order here air soft, air gun and munitions. Please observe your local law about buying, holding, carrying and using these guns too. You still can order other type of goods here.

All prices on this web site are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without notice. Nominal is price in CZK (Kč - Czech Koruna) and price in EUR (Euro) is indicative only. We do our best to update exchange rate regularly. You will see exact price in your preferred currency at payment site.
VAT Exempt
Certain European businesses qualify for VAT free orders, If you are one of these businesses and would like to buy from us VAT free please follow these instructions:
Set up an account in our shop including registered company name, registered company address, company telephone number and company VAT number. Then put to box “Write to us” on left section text “VAT Free” and e-mail address of shop account. We will verify these details with the Czech TAX office, and then allow you to buy from us VAT free. On your every order we will send you by e-mail VAT Free proforma invoice first and give you payment options. Please don’t pay your orders right from the checkout process.
Placing an Order
You can contact us by form “Comments and Queries” at each product details page if you are not sure what you are placing to shopping cart.
Observe all instructions on checkout and shopping cart page and fill the complete and exact information. Immediately after ordering you will receive automatic order confirmation on your registered e-mail. The orders might also be confirmed by telephone. When you are logged-in you will see our comments in Order registry section.
Please select right delivery zone and total weight of goods. If you are not sure rather write Additional information for our sales team and don’t proceed to payment gateway immediately. Don’t react to automatic order confirmation in this case and wait for our e-mail or proforma invoice and pay later with your preferred payment option selected.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order for a 100% refund at any time if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, you can return the item under conditions in the section
Returns.
We will cancel after 14 days all orders which are unpayed and we can't reach you by e-mail or phone provided.
Payment
Until full payment goods stays in seller's ownership. Your items will be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds. In the box “Payment methods” on the left section of home page and on the checkout page you can see actual list of payment options. All goods are supplied with invoice.
Shipping and handling
Most of orders of in-stock items will ship within 24 to 48 hours. We actually use DHL and FedEx as our international parcel operators. Goods prohibited in air transport (airsoft, airguns, chemicals) we can actually handle only by ground transport - e.g. to EU countries.
Revision of goods
Dangers of goods damage goes onto purchaser in the moment of taking delivery. Purchaser is obliged to revise expertly the delivered goods immediately when danger of goods damage goes onto him or as soon as possible. If the purchaser will not assure the revision, he cannot require any compensation when any problems found later. If any problems found, the purchaser is obliged to inform the seller in-write immediately on that day.
Returns
The seller, operator of e-shop, offers for any goods purchased in this e-shop, money back warranty within 14 days from the purchase of goods. Money back warranty does not include transport, expedition and transaction expenses. Purchaser pay for return shipping costs. The warranty is not valid for damaged, non functional or used goods. Goods must be complete, unused, undamaged and in undamaged original packaging, without any mechanical or other defect, able for further purchase.
Warranty
Product warranty period is displayed at each product page. Warranty refers only to defects in materials and workmanship from the manufacturer. Product should be properly used for the purpose it was designed and in the manner as stated in the instruction manual.
Warranty shall not cover:
- Mechanical damage of product caused by the user or parts and components affected by aforementioned damage,
- damage, malfunctions and defects caused by negligence to provide proper care or maintenance, not observing the instruction manual and safety instructions, unreasonable use or abuse, improper and careless handling or unauthorized modifications or adjustments,
- defects resulting from storage in unsuitable environment,
- damage as a consequence of this product use,
- damage to environment,
- defects, which resulted in reduction of price, unless no other agreement or covenant has been made,
- modifications or alterations of product,
- defects and/or malfunctions caused by use of reproduction parts or components
- damage through use of ammunition, which is not in compliance with specifications issued by C.I.P. or SAAMI,
- normal wear and tear or damage as a consequence of mistreatment or rough handling,
- products, at which these warranty conditions were not observed.
Defective products will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. The warranty period will not be elongated by repair or replacement of parts or components. Unnecessary provision is that the repair is duly performed by manufacturer or service authorized for this work. Warranty period is elongated for the time the product was commissioned for repair. The claim including reparation must be executed within 30 days from the product receiving.
Privacy
Customer information related to orders and order inquiries will never be shared with third parties or sold to third parties. Customers who opt-in to receiving marketing emails will only receive emails regarding the specific products they choose to receive information about. No email information will ever be shared with third parties or sold to third parties.
All personal data are liable to a Czech legal code No. 101/2000 Sb. about protection of personal data, subsequently amended. Operator of this web site (that is also operator of the e-shop) is an administrator and also an executor of personal data by course of above mentioned law. This web site contains valid identification data of the e-shop and updated list of contacts for communication with customers.
Final provisions
Contracts between you and seller shall be governed by Czech Law and you and seller submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech courts.
If for any reason part of these Store policies is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
